Enjoy off-site tours featuring nature, breweries at the 2024 rally

Off-site tours proved to be a big hit at the The 50th! in Richmond, Virginia, so we thought we'd bring them back at the Ridin' to Redmond Rally in 2024. See some of the coolest and brew-est Oregon has to offer.

The Lava Tube Cave Tour is sure to fascinate anyone interested in natural geographic formations. Walk with a dedicated tour guide and hear all about not just how the lava tubes were formed eons ago, but the wildlife living there. Two tours are available, on Thursday and Friday of the rally. You'll want to dress for uneven terrain and cool temperatures.

If your love of nature skews more towards the outdoors, check out the Sunset Hike and Stargazing Walk on Thursday night. You'll visit the edge of a dormant volcano and, after sunset, venture down to a Dark Sky accredited night viewing location, where a knowledgable guide will tell you what you're seeing before you warm up with dessert and hot cocoa. You'll want to dress for uneven terrain and cool temperatures; choose between the Easy or Moderate walk for your fun excursion.

Let's say your interest in nature stops at the miracle of hops; well, we've got you covered, too! Two separate tours on both Thursday and Saturday afternoons will show you up close the inner workings of distilleries and/or breweries, and of course you'll get to sample their wares without worrying about who's doing the driving. You'll need valid photo ID and closed-toed shoes for safety in these commercial/industrial locales - plus a cooler to protect any purchases!

No matter your preference, your opportunity for off-site tours surely have something to please nearly everybody in your rally crew. Slots are limited for each tour, so don't wait too long to get yourself (and your friends) registered!
