MOA members who were already registered for the 2020 National Rally are automatically registered for the new dates with no changes to their registration. Members who cannot attend Great Falls in 2021 have two options for refunds. By completing an online refund request form, members can either receive a full cash refund or an event voucher which includes a 20% value bonus.
“We are working to make it as easy as possible for MOA members to keep their existing registrations for the new dates in 2021,” says MOA Executive Director Ted Moyer. “However, if a member can’t attend the National Rally in Great Falls next summer, we will refund their purchase in full or create an event voucher worth 20% more than the price the member paid for rally registration.”
The event voucher is a coupon code that can be used for any BMW MOA event including a National Rally, MOA Getaway or Premier Training event. “We have some great riding opportunities this year,” says Moyer. “If a member is considering a Weekend Getaway or Premier Training event, this is an added incentive to get out and ride.” Event vouchers including the 20% bonus will be valid for all MOA events through December 2022.
To receive a cash refund or an event voucher including the 20% bonus, members who registered for the 2020 Rally on or before April 20, 2020 should complete the Refund Request form online by December 31, 2020. Completing the online form allows the MOA staff to efficiently process refund requests as quickly as possible. Members who complete the Refund Request form should expect confirmation by email within ten days. Beginning January 1, refunds for the National Rally will be available in accordance with the MOA’s regular refund policy. If you registered for the rally on or after April 21, 2020, your registration is for the 2021 rally and not eligible for the 20% refund bonus.
